At Excesu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
